Vaagary Wellness possessed a highly competitive premium product line but suffered from a fragmented customer journey. Their Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) was unsustainably high due to broad, unoptimized ad targeting. They lacked an automated lead nurturing sequence, meaning abandoned carts were essentially lost revenue. Furthermore, their organic search presence was non-existent, forcing a 100% reliance on paid traffic which crippled their long-term profit margins and left them vulnerable to ad platform volatility.
