A local retail and wholesale chain with 5 outlets was being penalized by archaic legacy POS systems that created data silos across locations. This resulted in severe B2B supply chain issues, a lack of predictive analytics for restocking, and exorbitant software licensing costs that were eating into their margins. Furthermore, the absence of a unified customer database prevented them from executing personalized retention campaigns or streamlining bulk orders for their B2B clients.
02Our Strategy
PixelPopDesigns architected a unified, cloud-based Point of Sale (POS) ecosystem tailored specifically for their retail and wholesale workflows. We engineered a real-time data pipeline using a modern tech stack to synchronize inventory instantly across all 5 branches. We implemented an AI-driven predictive analytics module to forecast stock depletion based on historical sales velocity. To drive B2B growth, we deployed automated email sequences tailored for wholesale clients, simplifying the reordering process and dramatically improving customer lifetime value (LTV).
